An Independent Testimonial of PhenQ

When I read the PhenQ sales page and saw some of the claims the manufacturers were making I thought it was just the usual diet pill hype, so I wasn’t expecting much and only placed an order because I knew there was guarantee to fall back upon. I ordered a 1 month supply of pills, and the guarantee is good for 60 days; so I knew I had nothing to lose. I’ve just taken the last pill today and I’ll be ordering some more because I’m flabbergasted to say they really do work.

Due to my initial skepticism, I began keeping a log right from the start and now I’ve finished the first bottle I thought it would be interesting to blog my “PhenQ” experience.

Buy PhenQ in Australia

Placing my Order

It is only possible to buy PhenQ from the manufacturer’s website, but overall I would have to say me experience ordering PhenQ was very good. I paid AU$189.90 for a special offer – buy 2 and get 1 free. This worked out be AU$63 a bottle, but there were no additional charges for postage and packing – shipping everywhere is free even Australia and New Zealand. From what I could see it was possible to pay by using most types of debit or credit card and I was surprised to see a PayPal option as well. In my experience most diet pill manufacturers don’t offer this option. I’d just sold a few old odds and sods on eBay, and had a bit of money sitting in PayPal anyway, so it gave me a change to put some of it to good use.

I placed my order at 4pm on Tuesday evening and the pills arrived with the first post on Friday morning. That was pretty fast, so I can’t quibble of the speed of delivery.

First Impression

The manufacturers claim PhenQ can provide the same benefits as multiple weight loss supplements, so I was half expecting to receive a bottle full of big, nasty horse tablets that probably tasted foul and needed chewing because they were too big to swallow whole. Fortunately I was wrong. The pills are just normal capsule size and can be swallowed easily with a glass of water.

Pre-Usage Stats & Information

  • Me: 28-year-old working mum
  • Weight before taking PhenQ: 105KG
  • Other Information: I often feel hungry throughout the day and have a tendency to nibble on biscuits and crisps in between meals. I’m also a little too generous with the portion sizes at meal times. My only exercise is walking to the shops and back and accompanying the kids on their journies to and from school. I did not take any extra exercise during the time I was taking PhenQ.

Ease of Use

PhenQ is very easy to use. It’s just a case of getting glass of water and swallowing one capsule in the morning and another one at lunch time.

How PhenQ Works (according to the manufacturers)

The information on the manufacturer’s website states the capsules do five things:

  1. Provide appetite suppression
  2. Cause fat burning
  3. Block fat production
  4. Improve the mood
  5. Boost energy levels

My PhenQ Experience

I noticed a change in my eating habits on the very first day. I just didn’t feel as hungry as normal so the idea of eating biscuits or crisps lost its appeal. I have also been feeling a lot more energetic since I began taking PhenQ, the household chores are no longer such a chore, and I don’t feel the need to keep putting things off until another day. There has been a definite improvement in my mood as well. I have no idea if the pills can block fat production, but they must help with fat burning because the scales don’t lie.

Weekly Weigh-ins

As already stated, my pre-PhenQ weight was 105KG and I made no changes to my level of exercise. I started to eat less, but that took no effort on my part because the pills took away my cravings for food.

  • 7-Day Weigh-in: 103KG
  • 14-Day Weigh-in: 101KG
  • 21-Day Weigh-in: 98KG
  • 28-Day Weigh-in: 96KG

That’s a total of 9KG in 28 days, so I guess I won’t be needing that money back guarantee.

Ingredients

I’m not a scientist or a nutrition expert, but the information on the manufacturer’s website is quite convincing and my own weight loss diary tells me the ingredients must work.

If you want to do your own research, the ingredients used are:

  • a-LACYS RESET
  • Capsimax Powder
  • Chromium Picolinate
  • L Carnitine Furmarate
  • Calcium Carbonate
  • Nopal
  • Caffeine

Side Effects

I experienced no side effects at any time, but the label on the bottle states PhenQ is unsuitable for anyone who is pregnant or nursing a child. It also says people who have health problems should check with their GP before using PhenQ.

Is PhenQ Worth the Money?

PhenQ bottleOkay, AU$63 is not cheap, but I absolutely do think PhenQ is worth every penny because it works and doesn’t cause any side effects.

If I did the sums, and added up all the money I’ve spent on dud diet pills in the past, I’m sure it would come to 20 times this amount. Anyway, that’s my experience with PhenQ. If you’ve tried it yourself leave a comment below, I’d love to hear all about it.
